Bio: Gerard has a law degree from Leiden university. He has held numerous HR and Marketing positions at Shell Ltd ultimately leading the HR function for respectively the key Upstream and Downstream businesses from NL and London Early 2020 Gerard joined ABNAMRO as CHRO/executive board member In 2023 Gerard left the bank and shifted his focus to NED roles at amongst others Alliander NV and the UN linked Sustainable energy for all organisations.
In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, traveling and playing guitar.

Saheeb is a learning and development professional who has had a multi-faceted career during which he has worked across a number of different organisations and institutions both within the UK and abroad. Working currently as a Learning and Development business partner and EDI lead, Saheeb is fusing his personal and professional interests to drive equity, diversity and inclusion across West Midlands trains and the wider rail industry. Empowering change through learning to help address under representation and champion diversity has been a passionate endeavour for Saheeb.

Nichola Ivory-Chapman

‘’Altogether Different’’ – When your brand proposition is being ‘Altogether Different’, how does this drive the talent strategies and internal culture?
Bio: Nicky is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 20 years HR experience covering generalist and specialist HR roles.
Nicky is currently the Head of Talent at Channel 4 and is a qualified Coach.
At C4 she has responsibility for talent acquisition, talent management, early careers, apprenticeships, onboarding, and workforce planning. There is a strong focus on diversity and inclusion woven through all aspects of Nicky’s role, to enable C4 to improve representation at both the broadcaster and in the wider industry.
In addition to Talent, Nicky has previously held roles focused on employer brand, employee engagement and employee communications, following her early career as an HR generalist.
Currently she is a Board Trustee for the ’Learning & Work Institute’, and dance charity ‘The Lisa Ullman Travelling Scholarship Fund’, and is also on the Advisory Committee for the Royal Television Society Academy.
Outside of work she watches lots of TV, travels whenever possible, and is a lifelong supporter of her home town football club Leeds United.

Bio: Hamira Riaz is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist & Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.With two doctorates and specialism in neuropsychology, her 35yr career includes neuroscience service provision within the NHS and MoD and strategy consultancy at YSC (part of Accenture). She was previously VP Strategic Leadership at Volvo Group with a remit spanning Talent, DEI and Leadership Development. She joined Lloyds Banking Group as Executive Talent & Assessment Director in 2023. She’s a regular media commentator on a wide range of subjects from post-pandemic leadership, resilience and the psychology of success in times of radical uncertainty.
